I'm so sorry, everyone. I had my post all scheduled and done on Wednesday, but with the recent problems Blogger has had, my post went into cyber land never to return so I've had to redo the post - ugh!
Once again Keesh has come up with a wonderful sketch. I am hopelessly addicted to these new Verve flowers and dies, so used them once again on this card. However, you will be glad to know I have imposed a hiatus from them for at least my next three cards LOL!
This card is for my mom's birthday this month. We have two May birthdays in our family and due to everyone's schedule, can't get together until the end of May so they get birthday month :)
The background is embossed with the Nat embossing folder and I used the SCS Color Challenge from this week as I loved the colour combo. That and the fact I haven't played along with it forever! Looking at the picture, I noticed the ruffled ribbon had a mind of its own so it's a bit wonky - sorry, didn't catch that when I first posted and don't have time to retake a picture right now. I'll have to redo it before I give it to mom. This also qualifies for There's Magic In The Air Embossing challenge.
The rest of the Design Team has some fabulous cards for your inspiration.

In addition, each week Keesh will select a winner and an honorable mention and post their cards on the Inkspirations Challenge blog. We'd love to have you come and play along :).
Thanks for stopping in today and have a fabulous weekend :)

What a GORGEOUS card...your mom will love this! I must order that flower die...what was I thinking when I didn't order it with the new release?! The Blogger issues were frustrating to me as well...had to rewrite my RTB post THREE times! Lost 2 of my posts somewhere in the blogosphere. :-( Have a great w/e!
