Leaf Die Enabling JUGS Sketch
Squeezing in this week's JUGS sketch as it was a nice easy one and I needed a Father's Day card.
While deciding on which papers and dies to use, I tripped across my beloved PTI leaf dies - happy sigh :) Haven't used them forever as they are a "Fall" die, so to speak, but where there is a will there is a way and a masculine card provided the way :) I combined them with Verve's Super Dad set for the sentiment and called it a card.
Short and sweet today as the insanity of this month continues. Cant' wait to be able to sleep in and have a more relaxed schedule in the summer - albeit busy in other ways! Swimming lessons are booked and we roll into a two week session right after school's out. Eau de Chlorine here I come LOL!
What's In It?
Stamps: Leaf Prints (PTI), Super Dad (Verve)
Paper: Recollections DP (Michael's), Cream Linen, More Mustard, Mellow Moss, Kraft
Ink: More Mustard, Mellow Moss, Black
Accessories: Distressed Stripes Embossing Folder, Leaf Dies (PTI), Button, Twine, Glue Dot, Dimensionals
Love the leaves with the banner element...great masculine card!
ReplyDeleteThis is a perfect masculine card - and a great use of those fabulous dies and embossing folder. Love it, Marisa! The papers you've used work beautifully. Eau de Chlorine...you're hilarious =)
ReplyDeleteWay to rock out a masculine card! Thanks for joining in with JUGS!
ReplyDeleteCool guy card, the leaf makes a great accent on a guy card.

ReplyDeleteThat banner is super! A great card for a Dad. Looks like you've been a busy bee or I'm just running behind.

ReplyDeleteOh, here's a taste of leaves, and we're not even into summer yet! I think the chlorine doused hair will cure your thoughts of fall...though your card is magnificent...
