Saw this Winney and Walter sketch and immediately thought of my unloved washi tape. I have a hard time using washi tape as I am a clean and layered type of gal versus a free form or collage type of stamper, but every now and then I find a sketch that is perfect, and this was one of them.
I created the diagonal lines with my washi tape, and then added a pop of red using one of my favorite PTI flowers, Beautiful Blooms. Paired the flower with Verve's Dreamy Leaves die.
Since I didn't have a blue button that matched in colour or size, I used PTI's button die to create my flower button and finished things off by using one of PTI's Wet Paint die sets for the sentiment. Hard to believe there is no stamping on this card what-so-ever! My second such card in two weeks. And yes, I do love using dies LOL!
Thanks for popping in today - always appreciate the company :)
