It's not only the 4th of July today (Happy 4th of July to all my American followers!!), but it is also contest time over on the Mojo Monday blog as it is the first Monday of the month.
I used one of my favorite colour combinations for this card: pink and green. Also made it on the girly side by adding a sparkly butterfly with my favorite Flutterby die and a few sequins from the Shine Bright sequin mix on the sentiment panel which uses Poppy Birthday and the Banner Bundle die set. May very well be my daughter's birthday card as she loves pink and won't turn down sparkly things (especially if it is in the form of jewellery LOL)!
All the challenge details are over on the Mojo Monday blog and you can also view all the wonderful Mojo Makers samples. Should you wish more details on the Mojo Maker's cards, you can also visit their individual blogs noted below.
The more entries we have the greater your chances of winning some Verve! Have a fabulous day and I look forward to seeing your creations in the gallery :)

ReplyDeleteLOVE these colors and that glittery butterfly is just the perfect touch! Beautiful card!
ReplyDeleteVery sweet take on this weeks sketch! Love it!
ReplyDeleteOnce again, pretty plus! Your eye for design continues to WOW me! Let's see: July 4th we were returning home from our trip to Whitefish MT, where my husband rode in the two day GranFondo Kootenai, whilst I followed behind in a car. Zippity-do-dah exercise for me, aside from neck extensions, admiring the gorgeous scenery! A long time in the car over the drive there and back, as well as the two days in between, but well worth the chance to 'escape'...
