Summer returned this weekend, with some hot temperatures, so we ended up watching a ton of the Olympics - not an issue for me as I LOVE watching them! Canadians are doing a great job in the pool and elsewhere - go Canada!!! Wonderful to see Michael Phelps pulling in a few more medals and setting some more Olympic records (first person to win Gold in the same event over four consecutive Olympics). Many other wonderful stories too - love it!
I decided to make a wedding/anniversary card with this sketch. Love using black and white and another colour on cards, so black and white and grey it was. Created the background on my Scor-Pal, softened things up with the doily and focal frame and added a bit of bling for some celebratory sparkle.
All the challenge details are over on the Mojo Monday blog and you can also view all the wonderful Mojo Makers samples. Should you wish more details on the Mojo Maker's cards, you can also visit their individual blogs noted below.
Can't believe we are half way through August!! September is a comin' quicker than I would like so making sure to take some time to relax, spend some good family time, read etc. because September is going to be crazy busy. Hope you are having a great summer and getting some down time too :)
