Mojo Monday 168

I was so excited to be able to play along with Julee's Mojo Monday sketch This week as I was in the mood for another flower card to break up the Christmas card production.

This fun Jillibean DP was my inspiration for this card. and it screamed flowers so out came one of my tried and true favorite Verve sets, Petals and Stems.  I wanted to use the lacy nesties again and since they don't come in rectangles just yet (betting that will change very soon LOL!) I cut out one square and then a part of another and stuck them together to make the rectangle.  The rest is pretty self explanatory.  Now just have to wait and see if it catches Julee's eye LOL!

Have a fabulous day, and I hope you are well on your way to being ready for Christmas :)  I've got all the gifts purchased and house decorated, but still have cards and cookies to go. Cookie baking will be this weekend, and hopefully, I can get my Christmas cards done and out next week...hopefully!!

I know it's a crazy, busy time of year, so thank you so much for taking a little time out of your day to pop in for a visit ((hugs)).

It looks like Spring has arrived. Your card is so pretty. Maybe you'll get your wish soon about the nesties. Good use of the crimper.

I worked on getting my Christmas cards in the envies today and addressed. Part will leave in the morning and the rest Monday.

Hope to bake next week...have an out of town wedding tomorrow.
Have a good weekend, Marisa.

Oh, what a welcome relief from all of the holiday cards! Love those happy flowers and butterfly! I'm hoping my local AC Moore gets these lacy nesties soon so I can use my 40% off coupons on them!

Well, this definitely caught my eye! Absolutely lovely, I adore flowers and this card is positively delightful!
I am not nearly as ready as you are for Christmas, I haven't even shopped yet! I guess if I could get my butt out of my craft room, that would probably be a step in the right direction (literally AND figuratively;)
I so enjoy stopping over here and seeing your lovely work. Consistent gorgeousness is what you produce. And don't worry about the teeth brushing thing...it's so busy now that we can take that up after the holidays if you want...or you can tell me to go put a sock in it too...it wouldn't be the first time I would have been told that :)

Hi Marisa! So nice to see a non-Christmas card for a change, even though holiday ones are fun. It's all I've been doing, it seems!

Hope the cookie baking goes well....we are doing the same tomorrow.

Make some of Santa's favorites!

Adorable card!! Love those flowers and that butterfly!! That dp surprised me--it's busy and I love it but, normally you go for more "straight" colors with dots/crimping etc. or maybe I'm just not keeping up!! LOL!! Now, I am curious about the teeth brushing thing... must've missed that somewhere!!
