It's time to recap this week's Viva La Verve sketch and here is my take on the sketch by Diva Stacey. Loved her sketch and can see myself using it again for sure as there are so many wonderful options for that big square.
I in full throttle Spring mode right now as our weather has been amazing lately, not to mention my tulips are six inches out of the ground already - meep!! Can't wait for them to bloom!! I pulled out this fabulous flowed paper from MME's Lime Twist set (an oldie but a goodie), and added Martha Stewart's wonderful monarch butterfly to accent this simply fabulous Hello Friend Plain Jane. I adore the font and bold statement this sentiment makes!
You can check out all the contest rules over on the Viva La Verve site and you can also see the cards I spotlighted for this week.

We are snow covered here. The kids were off school all last week. Crazy! Love your spring inspired card.
Such a pretty card Marisa, with all the accents coordinating with that patterned paper so perfectly. xx
Very pretty card. Great take on the sketch.
A wonderful design, Marisa, and I love that bold sentiment, too. It's a fab card.
Love the colors and oh, so wishing for spring!! We've been colder than normal and now they say we're getting 4-8 inches of snow!! Hope you and your family are doing well!!
Had to come on by and see what you have been up to Marisa! Another beauty! Love the DP and that crinkled paper! HUGS to you!
Beautiful details and blend of colors, Marisa! Lovely card!
Spring mode??!!! It just keeps getting colder and colder where I am. So I was thrilled to see your cheerful card with the sea of flowers and the sweet purple butterfly! I so love how you use colors - I have a tough time adding more than a color or two to my cards - but you do it so well. It looks fabulous without being overly busy!
