Curatin Call Colour Challenge Act 27

When I first saw these colours I couldn't wait to use them because I just love them together!  That, plus the fact the inspiration piece consists of flowers was all I needed to make me one happy stamper :D   No need to even try to justify a flower card LOL!

In keeping with tradition, I once again used Karen's Sweet Sunday Sketch.  I pulled out one of my favorite flower images from Stampin' Up's Close As A Memory set and went to work.

Since I don't own any Melon Mambo and Pink Pirouette, I substituted with Regal Rose (wasn't sure if Melon Mambo was closer to Regal Rose or Rose Red) and Pretty In Pink.  The celery strip needed a little something so I stamped the butterfly image from SU's Beyond The Basics in VersaMark all over it.  A few Martha Stewart butterflies, a button and some dew drops finished things off.  Nothing fancy this week as I have had a insanely crazy, busy week, but I like it.  Actually, I love this colour combination so much I may just have to make another card using it  :D

The rest of the Curtain Call Crew have some wonderful samples for your inspiration:

With such great colours to work with this week, and colours that lend themselves fabulously well to flower cards (had to throw that in LOL!), why not join us in in the fun.  Simply create a card using this week's colours and add your card to Mr. Linky on Stacey's blog.  If  you are uploading to a public gallery, please make sure to use the keyword Curtain Call.  Each week, Stacey will select one person to receive her "I Got The Lead At The Curtain Call"  Award as well as five people to receive her "I'm A Top 5 Curtain Call Show Stopper" Award which you can post on your blog, all the more reason to join in the fun :D

Thanks for joining me today - you guys are the best (((hugs))).
