The Create blog has started a fun monthly challenge. Winners will be posted on their blog and the overall winner gets a prize. This month, you have to use the sketch provided to make a card.I jumped at the chance to use my poinsettia die one more time before it has to be tucked away until next year's Christmas cards. I'm not sure about the brown leaves, but I needed a bit of contrast as there was already a lot of green on the card. A red ribbon and some gold bells finished things off.
Hard to believe there is only one more week of school left. My son is starting to bounce around like the Energizer Bunny and may not make it until Christmas LOL!

I think brown was the perfect choice. It makes for a great mix of colours. We are making our graham cracker gingerbread houses today. It's going to be a fun Friday plus we had a dump of snow last night.
